Is the above list the only services you cover? No. The Trillium app gives you access to a wide range of services. Once your account is set up. you can request anything your property needs.
How are overtime & emergency rates calculated? Rates are 1.5x regular time plus trip fee. Applied to after-hours (after 4 PM local), nights, weekends, and federal holldays. Weather events may Increase demand & affect pricing.
Do you charge extra for union/metro areas? Yes. In higher-cost or union areas, rates range from 1.2x-2x for labor and up to 2x for trip fees. Quotes may also Include tolls and parking.
How do preventative maintenance programs work? We offer ongoing services like HVAC, landscape care, striping, and window cleaning. These are bundled into programs and quoted as packages.
How are Diagnostic/Quoting Fees assessed? Quotes/assessments cost $220 per visit. This covers an expert assessment and repair quote. High-volume customers can buy 25-quote bundles for $5,000.
Does Trillium offer project management for larger jobs? Yes. Our service handles everything from sourcing GCs. coordinating walk-throughs, managing schedules, overseeing final completion, and managing payouts.
