Medical & Dental Office Facilities Management

As a busy medical or dental practice, addressing physical maintenance demands can divert focus from what’s critical: patient care, billing, scheduling and administration.

Contracting with Trillium Facility Solutions for scheduled and on-demand building repairs and maintenance for medical offices allows you to focus on patients and your core business instead of worrying about leaking pipes, wall repairs or snow piling up in the parking area.

Use our one-touch work orders and take advantage of our highly efficient integrated facilities management (IFM) best practices for facilities maintenance. It’s customized according to your specific needs, so your grounds and building are properly maintained with costs contained.

Trillium makes sure that both your visitors and medical staff experience safe grounds, quality curb appeal, and a building that’s well maintained, fully operational and pleasant to work in, and receive care in.

Proud Member of The Association of Dental Support Organizations (ADSO)

ADSO member organizations are building a future where dentists have the ability to choose the administrative support services which best allows them to focus on patients, expand access to quality dental care and improve the oral health of their communities.

ADSO is a non-profit organization comprised of more than 40 member companies and more than 100 industry partners; They represent Dental Support Organizations (DSOs) before the public, policymakers and the media. Members operate in 44 states and provide the highest level of non-clinical support to more than 11,000 dentists across the country as well as in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. DSO-supported dentists, on average, have lower startup costs for a new practice, spend more time on clinical care within their practice than their non-DSO supported counterparts, and offer more flexible office hours for their patients.  The ADSO is the source of information regarding the role DSOs play in the evolving dental services marketplace.
